Executive Director
With over a decade of experience across nearly every role in senior living, Will White leads The Auberge at Sugar Land with deep knowledge and heartfelt dedication to Memory Care. A military veteran, Will brings strong values, integrity, and a culture-driven approach to leadership. His career path from caregiver and medication aide to Memory Care Director and now Executive Director reflects his passion for ensuring every resident receives compassionate, dignified support.
Will is especially committed to creating an environment where families feel at ease knowing their loved ones are safe, nurtured, and valued. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth basketball, spending time with his family, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Excelsior University.
